An excellent work indeed man .... thank you very much... i have been waiting for a custom ROM ... especially on the lines of xperia ever since i bought this wonderful buy back in april!.... it works smooth... visible change to display thanks to bravia engine & the quality of music thanks to walkman player ....
that said... there are some minor glitches here and there
... i know these things are part of all custom ROM dev
.... the more ppl use and report... the better tuning can be done.... im not a dev... but encouraging enthusiast ....
so here are the few things that i have come across...
# the update for the notification bar is working (and is cool).... but it turns whittish grey when any app is opened... looks like some overlapping or something..... it ruins the aesthetic of the ROM while using
# probably the most functionally irritating glitches are...
and in the dialpad,
if the number stored is say 99XXXXXXX... & we type, 99 ... the corresponding name shows up in auto suggest.
but if the number saved is +9199xxxxxxxxx & we type, 99 ... the corresponding contact does not get listed (this was available in the stock ROM though)
# sadly the FM doesnt work... keeps FC!
#the lockscreen does not stay fixed when the notification is dropped down from the lockscreen... the lockscreen re-adjusts at both times... while notification is dropped down & back up
# camera in the video mode has a blueish effect.... all the white is looking blueish.... no clue y!
these are the few things i noticed .... i have a request... i know it might be hard... but it would be great if...
*the home screen pages are able to scroll infintely &
* if the dock had 2 or 3 scrollable docks....
* gesture recognition might be a over the top request, but since u guys r so smart just placing the request...
hope this helps in making this mouth watering ROM a lil better... looking forward to the updates & fixes.... thanks a ton again
PS: there was no boot animation... so i flashed the boot animation update of zolo ROM (of latest xperia z boot animation) ... its neat... but i think a lil too hard for our device to handle.... its not smooth...
